We do not offer product exchanges. Instead, you may request a return for a refund and, if you wish, place a new order for the desired product.

How to Request a Return

If you would like to return a product purchased from our online store, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. We do not accept return requests after 14 days.

PLEASE WAIT FOR OUR CONFIRMATION BEFORE SENDING YOUR RETURN.

Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
If the product is not in resalable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund or return the item to you.

We also do not accept partial returns of packs or kits. If you purchased a yarn set, you must return it in full.

International orders cannot be returned, except in cases where we made an error.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive your package, returns are processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Purchases from Local Yarn Stores (LYS)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through our retailers, yarn shops, or other intermediaries. To process a return, please contact the store where you made the purchase.

Order Errors

If we made a mistake in your order, we will generate a prepaid return label at no cost and ship the correct product(s) to you free of charge.
