Merino de la Patagonia is 100% fine merino wool. It is an exquisite yarn, super soft, pleasant in contact with the skin, with a firm twist and a rounded shape with perfect stitch definition. Spun in small batches in our mill in Loma Verde, BA, Argentina.
Hand-dyed with botanical dyes. When using hand-dyed yarn, it is recommended to alternate skeins throughout the project to blend them together and prevent color pooling.
Good for the planet! The wool has been sourced from ranches measuring land health outcomes. Regenerative ranchers manage their land and livestock in a way that imitates nature. This restored relationship between the grazing animals and the grassland leads to a thriving ecosystem, more biodiversity, cleaner water, and healthier soil.
Merino de la Patagonia is a regeneratively sourced product verified by Land to Market™.
